RISE National 2027, taking place March 16-18 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, is seeking expert speakers with practical insights, case studies, and timely strategies to share with senior Medicare Advantage leaders.

Step Up to the Mic at RISE National 2027

RISE National brings together health care leaders, policy experts, health plans, providers, and industry partners to discuss the issues shaping Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, quality, Stars, member experience, product strategy, pharmacy, value-based care, and other timely areas across the health care landscape.

If you have practical insights, real-world experience, case studies, or timely topic ideas to share, we invite you to submit a speaker proposal for consideration.

RISE is especially interested in sessions that help attendees understand what is changing, what is working, what challenges remain, and how organizations are adapting in today’s fast-moving health care environment.

Before You Submit

Please review the following guidelines before completing the speaker submission form.

Does your company provide a service or solution?

  • If your organization provides a service, technology, consulting, advisory support, data platform, software, or other solution to health plans, providers, or health care organizations, your company must be a conference sponsor to be considered for a speaking role.
  • To explore sponsorship and thought leadership opportunities, please contact sponsorshipwfra@wilmingtonplc.com.
  • Sales pitches, self-promotions, product demonstrations, or mentions of specific products or services will not be accepted through the general call for speakers proces

Are you keynote speaker requiring an honorarium?

  • If you are a professional keynote speaker or require an honorarium to present, please do not complete the general speaker submission form.
  • Instead, send your media kit and rate request to RISEconferences@risehealth.org. A RISE representative will be in touch if there is an opportunity that aligns with an upcoming conference.

Submit Your Speaker Proposal

Please complete the speaker submission form by Friday, August 21st for your conference of interest.

We recommend drafting your responses in a separate document before pasting them into the form, as submissions cannot be saved for later editing.

What Happens Next?

After the submission period closes, the RISE team will review proposals based on topic relevance, audience fit, speaker experience, originality, and alignment with the event agenda.

You can expect to receive a response within four weeks after the submission period closes.
